We are a small, independent brokerage on the Brainerd lakes by intention. These lakes reward patience and local knowledge, not volume — so we keep our roster of clients deliberately short and our attention undivided.
The result is counsel you can trust on the things that matter at the water's edge: shoreline quality, DNR setbacks, septic and well, ice-out exposure, and what a stretch of frontage is genuinely worth in any market.

Based in Nisswa on the Gull Lake chain, Jim represents buyers and sellers of the Brainerd lakes' finest waterfront — Gull, the Whitefish Chain, Pelican and Crosslake — and across Central and Northern Minnesota. He walks the shoreline himself, and answers his own phone.
